Introduction to Breathwork

I took breathing for granted ... until Christine introduced me to my breath ... I had no idea how powerful it is ... I learned to breathe, I learned to live and love myself.

Gemma, 2023

We all breathe. How much attention do you pay to your breath? Do you know your breath? Do you know what it sounds like? What it feels like? What it can do for you?

When I ask clients to name one tool that had the most impact on their life and wellbeing to make change happen, it was related to breath work. In some cases clients shared that it felt like learning to breathe (again), it completely changed their live from developing profound self-love and appreciation of other people in their life to feeling immensely grateful for being alive.

Scientific evidence confirms that breath work has transformational qualities for our day to day and it has been used successfully in healing trauma, chronic conditions, stress and anxiety. Breathing affects our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states of being.

Come and join me to explore your relationship with your breath and its power to support you. Over three weeks we will learn about anatomy of the breath, different techniques to suit you in your day to day whether you are doing sports, watch TV or drive and we will dive a little bit into science too.

in addition to live session you will have access to the online breath work course resources for free. upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate for your dedication and commitment to breathe consciously.
