Take time for you! Join me on Monday’s to connect to yourself. I use a combination of yoga, qi gong, breathwork and different styles of yoga Yin Yoga, Yang Yoga, vinyasa, hatha (don’t worry you don’t need to be strong or flexible!). Any pose can be modifed so you can find what feels good for you and your body. The session is suitable for beginners and anyone who would like to explore yoga. Please register and pre-pay in order to attend. Online booking only. Please make sure you read T&C for cancellation.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me.
